The Elf is an NPC that will spawn once the following conditions have been met:

• There is an empty house.
• A Player has at least 1 Suspicious Looking Present in their Inventory.

If the Elf is killed, he will only respawn if the above conditions are met again. He uses Candy Bow with Wooden Arrows to defend himself.
